One of the ways that we stay on top of the latest industry trends is to read graphic design blogs over our coffee each morning. This helps our work stay current and makes us feel like part of a broader community. Here are some of our favorite go-to blogs for all things from typography trends to business advice.

Creative Boom

Creative Boom has many different blogs, and you can find everything from freelancing guidance to resources for design assets. We love their Graphic Design blog, in particular. It gets our juices flowig and inspires us when we’re feeling, well, uninspired.

Moo

We love Moo for so many reasons, and we use them for lots of our print needs. What you probably don’t know about Moo is that they have an amazing blog, where they showcase incredible recent print projects, explore the latest trends in print design, and more.

WIX Creative Blog

You don’t have to love their web design platform, but the Wix Creative Blog has amazing resources for designers. Recent posts feature tips for creating online portfolios, resources for diverse stock imagery, as well as color palette ideas.

ROWAN MADE

Rowan Made focuses on branding and design for conscious lifestyle and wellness folks. Their blog focuses on how to reach your full potential as a designer, whether that be curating who you follow on social media, or how to take productive breaks during your work day.

Courtside: The Dribbble Blog

What’s so great about this blog is that it doesn’t stop at just graphic design trends. It also covers topics like freelancing tips, how to foster your creativity, where to find gigs, and more. It’s a great one-stop- shop for any graphic designer.

AIGA Eye on Design

AIGA is the professional network for designers, so it’s not surprising that they also have a killer blog. We like to come here for inspiration and to learn about what’s on the cutting edge in the design world. Sometimes we get sucked into working on our own projects and it’s nice to step back and read about what’s going on with the industry as a whole. This is the perfect place to do that.

Do you have a graphic design blog? Reach out and share it with us!
